Return Policy:

Returns are accepted as outlined below, provided we are contacted within 14 days of delivery. All merchandise must be back to us within 30 days of your delivery date to be eligible for refunds. You may return most unopened purchases for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. When free shipping is offered, the original shipping charges may be deducted from your refund. Please e-mail us for instructions if you wish to return an item. Your refund will be completed once the product is returned in the same condition as shipped. All packaging, materials and paperwork are required to expedite the refund process.

Partial refunds:

Returned items which are missing parts, have been opened or tampered with, or are otherwise not in the same condition as we shipped them, will be subject to a reduced refund amount, determined upon inspection. We will not accept returns of the following items: Opened electronics. Items that have been modified from the condition received. Opened software, CD’s, DVD’s, video games.
