Swipes on easily for a smooth, no-budge, no-smudge finish. All About-Face products are 100% vegan and cleanly-formulated. This tube is brand new and factory sealed in its original packaging. It belonged to my daughter (who does makeup). She accidentally ordered too much of this color; it has not been in anyone else's possession as she ordered it directly from the brand.
