Additionally, the airflow created by this pan's tiny holes is perfect for when you want a crisp outer crust for your baked goods such as bread, croissants, dinner rolls, pizza, pretzels, and more.
Aluminum pans are the preferred choice for bakeries and home kitchens.
This premium pan has lifetime durability and will never rust. The encapsulated galvanized steel rims prevent the pan from warping.
Hand wash with warm soapy water. Using the dishwasher to clean the pan is not recommended because it could cause discoloration.
