I do not know the history of it. It looks like it is a new spare with some dust from storage. The label is also marked, "7.5Kw, 4P, Frame 132S". I do not see an HP rating on the label. The arbor size is about 1" diameter. I can easily and smoothly turn this motor by hand. The box has printed on it "Meidensha Corporation". I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. Freight charges for this item will be $195.00 to a business address within the continental United States.
