Offered is this antique Japanese Silk Embroidery Framed Artwork. The embroidery is intricate with vibrant colors and in beautiful condition with no areas of concern. The artwork is housed in its original wood shadow box style frame and under glass. Sorry for the glare on this as it was just about the hardest piece to image we have done. The fabric border has some age related staining seeping through (see images). The frame is strong and sturdy with the finish being original with minimal antique wear. The piece measures 19 1/2" tall, 19 1/2" wide and is approx. 1" deep. A very unique handmade piece dating from the late 1800's or early 1900's!
