It has no disk, software or security dongle. The inputs are not tested. This was in a sealed anti-static bag. I opened it to take photos. I'm not positive, but I think this unit might be new and never used. I'm not sure on that. It does look new (see photos). This came mixed up in a large lot of electronics we bought. We don't have the knowledge or expertise to test these parts, therefore you are buying them as is with no returns.
