The Soviets send the Pentagon evidence of a South African paranormal anti-apartheid rebel who claims to have been behind the destruction of Pittsburgh. Unknown to all though, the evidence was manufactured by pro-apartheid South African Colonel Oort, who hopes to capture paranormals and use them against his enemies. Harlan Mook continues to terrorize American military and historic targets; but, when Mook tries to kill Khomeni, the Iranian Ayatollah uses his paranormal power to brainwash Mook into becoming his agent.
