For reasons other than item defect our standard policy is a 20% restocking fee for all cancellations and returns, which must be in the exact original condition as received. Electronics, jewelry, watches and other related items which are damaged by the customer after receipt are not returnable. We will also deduct shipping from returns that are not the responsibility of the seller. All returns require prior notification to the seller and seller’s approval.
