4 CD set with all CDs playing perfectly; 1 DVD also plays perfectly. Cd case is black cardboard with no artwork - case condition is functional but only fair shape. DVD case is good. The subject matter is the same so you can either watch or listen to the presentations. Goal setting and positive thinking are the basic messages. Many other other pseudo scientific ideas are mentioned attempting to give a rational basis for the secret. S+H $ 3 via media.
