Items that have been damaged in transit will require pictures to make our claim to the shipper.

Should your order be received in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We need pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS. You will be refunded in full, including postage, for any merchandise damaged while in transit; you will not be expected to wait for a UPS refund.
