It is used, and in good condition, but it is a little dusty and will need a light cleaning. I am unsure of the age of the house. It is a little crooked in its construction, but I think that gives it character, and makes it look like an old grist mill house. It is made of craft moss, with wood and other craft materials. It is 9.5" tall at the chimney, 6.5" wide, and 6.5" from front to back. It is a lovely little hand crafted decorative house.
