It is in very good condition with no holes or tears and looks as though it was barely used. It comes from a smoke free environment with pets. It is a women's size medium, and measures 20" across the shoulders, 23" across the chest, 21" across the waist, and is 27.5" from the back of the neck to the bottom hem. It is a very nice way to stay warm, without overheating.
