There's no way to tell how long these brushes will last without using them. I'm hoping for about 4 mos. for each. The other thing is the heads don't fit as tightly on the motor's metal shaft as the originals did. Only time will tell if that fit becomes looser and renders the brush useless. Otherwise, so far so good.
I bought my Braun 3D Excel electric toothbrush several years ago. This model was recommended by my dentist because it stops the user from brushing teeth & gums too hard which causes gum line erosion. Replacement brush heads were plentiful, but very expensive. Slowly, they disappeared from store shelves. After repeated internet searches, I was glad to find them. The replacement heads are "soft" bristles (today highly recommended by dentists) & they are for sensitive teeth and gums. I also found that other users tried generic brands but found them unsatisfactory, so I avoided them.
Item as expected. Original manufacturer; original packaging. Good quality.
