If I don’t take this my knee hurts me so bad. Also, I have hip pain and when I don’t take it I can only lay on my side a certain way but this has helped so much! I don’t want to be without it.

This helps with pain. If I don’t take it for a 3 or 4 days my knee and hips hurt me so bad.

Why only 20 pills to a bottle?? Need to increase the number of tablets in a bottle.

I purchased Silipharma because of the natural ingredients. I got results right away, but I was skeptical. I wondered why American doctors hadn’t suggested it to me.

I typically do not purchase OTC drugs but a friend who has arthritis recommended this product so I thought that I would give it a try. I tried it ... stopped using it ... and then used it again ... and by george, I found that I felt better when taking it. It may not work for everyone but it has helped me (two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement, so I know about joint pain).

I feel like I can move around more easily and confidently. I’ve suggested Silipharma to others and they like it as well.
Wish it can with a monthly dose, instead of just 20. Of course, it would be nice if it was cheaper!

Had pain relief in 3 days

i found this product helps my pain from arthritis and even sciatica

My husband took this product for 5 weeks and he takes Warfarin, his INR went up to 8 !! Would have bled to death. It also causes constipation. It does relieve pain.

Best thing we've found to help with our arthritis. We have many of our friends using it as well. The only drawback is that I wish there we 30 tablets in the bottle instead of 20.

I have been using for some months and I believe it is helping. But this is no magic pill and all pain just disappears. My issue is 20 pills in a bottle, this is the only product that does that. There is always 30pills in a bottle for a month of supply. I would gladly pay the additional cost of pills.
