When you make this formula, you only smell pure, rich, creamy taste of milk. I don't smell any weird smell or taste that usually comes with other baby formula, especially the ones made in the US. Will definitely buy Holle Lebenswert Stage 1 again.

I love it because my baby loves it and is not fussy as she is when taking other brands
no complaints and will buy again.
I learned of Holle through an online community and people raved about how well children could digest the formula although it is in powder form and how golden in color the stool is. Because it was so expensive via US online merchants and a hassle to go through to directly order from Germany, I stuck to Similac ready-to-feed for the first 4 months. Then, I suddenly decided to try Holle. I actually tasted both Holle and Similac side-by-side and definitely noticed a difference in taste. Holle was richer and closer to the milk-taste that I'm used to. Similac tasted flatter and more like soy than regular milk. My baby was also quick to notice the richer and softer taste of Holle and now if we give her Similac she grunts as if to show disapproval. We now stick to Holle as she does so well on it--she is not gassy after feedings and never constipated (goes every day--while on Similac ready -to-feed she used to go every other day).
We've been using this formula ever since our twin boys were 2 months old. Great quality product for a reasonably decent price.

Before Holle I was giving my son Enfamil! He was fussy,gassy and constipated all of the time. Now that I have switched its almost like having a different baby. He is happier with less fussiness and regular bowel movements. Healthier equals happier! I absolutely love this formula!

The ingredients & the quality of Holle is far superior to American brands of formula. The goat's milk based formulas are ideal for babies who are intolerant of cow milk (& soy isn't a good alternative). Highly recommended.

leaves a weird taste, baby won't drink it
My baby loves this formula and has been growing quickly. She is now 4 months and weighs 18 lbs. This is a great product for moms who cannot breastfeed because it provides babies with the vitamins and minerals they need. My baby took the bottle right away with no issues I believe because she liked this formula. Bonanza is the best place to buy it because they have the best prices.

Best baby formula!!! You cannot remotely compare the quality to anything in the US. It’s expensive, but I’ll gladly pay the money because the quality is so excellent. My baby’s poops are so similar to when I breastfed her. This formula definitely tastes like breast milk. Me and my baby love this stuff!!!
