Purchased Le Creuset Spoon on Bonanza
These are essential if you own Le Creuset enameled cast iron. You want to avoid scratching them to protect them from damage. These spoons are also great scraping down the mixer. I also use them when I need to gently fold in ingredients that I don't want to mash or cut through. Great product. The only complaint is that this particular brand is expensive, but I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.
