This is a Hand Painted Two Tier Tidbit or Serving Tray from Blue Ridge China and Southern Potteries and Made in Tennessee. This pattern is entitled Ring 'O Roses and it is in the Piecrust Shape. The top tier is an 8 1/4" Soup Bowl that has three minor flaws which are a pinpoint glaze pop from factory which looks like a black speck - and two places where there is some light discoloration - one in the center that is minor and one place underneath the washer that looks like it began to crack or the glaze had crazing from the center being screwed down and there is discoloration from water - only a tiny bit show from outside of washer. The bottom tier is a 10 1/2" Dinner Plate. The metal center is clean and in good condition as well. sale TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please email me with any questions.
