DEF Level Sensor By-Pass Tool. Cummins ECM CM2250 Hello. If you have a 2011 to 2015 Cummins with DEF level sensor issues here is a simple inexpensive fix to keep you on the road. This system is designed to replace the Shaw type level sensor either 3 wire or 2 . Spartan Chassis uses 5 wires and in the pics you can see I will supply this style of Weather pack connector or ANY other style but i need to know what you have. Please provide me the year, make and model and a pic of the def sensor connection this will help. The Unit will be supplied with a temperature sensor that is set to Shaw/Cummins spec as well as the fluid level ( Therefore You will not have to buy the removal tool and swap wires around its plug and play. I have tested on a Spartan Fire truck. Please watch the you tube video to see the device in action. Right now I have the connectors for Spartan or Ford F750, Blue Bird bus, Freightliner any Cummins with a CM2250/ some CM2350 .If you have this style of sender and not sure on the connector please provide me a pic of the top of your DEF tank and connection, I will provide the correct connector so there is no cutting wiring, it's plug and play. Also provide me your Cummins engine serial number so we can be sure your getting the correct sensor.
