All Excellent to Like New condition and I doubt the discs were played. The main disc is like new, the other has just the slightest hint of handling and this is probably just faint rub marks from the velvet case in which it is possible for the discs to turn just a touch. I do not know if the photo is part of this set or if someone just put it in there for handy storage but it was in there so I am not removing it. Warhol-esque cover art and the engraved name plate indicates it as number 224. I don't know how many were made. In heavy-duty plush lined case. Hard to look at the exterior and tell what is art and what might be a light streak so I will say the case is Excellent condition with possible light wear. It all looks pretty good and as hard to find as they are I don't expect anyone will be disappointed.
