Julie kept in touch with me regularly thru the ENTIRE process, gave me updates & offered to return my money at any time, but I decided to wait, knowing I was in good hands with her. Three months later, the cross finally arrived! (The Canadian company folded). It was TOTALLY worth the wait & I wear it ALL the time! There are still wonderful, good and honest people in this world – Julie is DEFINITELY one of those precious ones!
