Seller response: After 10,000 sales this is the first "scathing" feedback I have ever received. The customer did not contact me (which would be the normal course of action) so I wonder if this is disingenuous, or a put on. Everyone knows I would offer an immediate refund if a buyer was not pleased. I also doubt that the product was as described. So, my question is: Are you serious? Trying to ruin my business? A freind of my ex-wife?"
