Because this was a Special Event Item we stated that there are no cancellations/refunds/returns. We placed an order for this item with them manufacturer and paid for it. After this the buyer wanted to cancel. Asked them to refer to the Ad that there are no cancellations as this is a Special Event Item. Item was delivered as stated. Customer was upset that they could not cancel the order as it had already been placed.
