Seller response: The customer ordered an emailed product which was delivered to the address they provided within 24 hours of purchase. Bonanza does not have a phone number, but you can always contact us via message. We did try contacting the customer after they left this review and they never responded to us. Perhaps they provided the wrong email address? We always will resolve any issue, as we want all of our customers to be happy :)
