I've been selling online for approximately 3 years now. I sell lots of different products, vintage and newer costume jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, marcasite jewelry, collectibles, books and cookbooks, toys and games, household items, skin care item, odds and ends, new and gently pre-owned men's, women's, children's clothing and accessories,CD'S, DVD'S, vintage items. Basically anything and everything I think customers would like!
The best part of buying and selling for me is the amazing people I meet and the thrill of selling another item.
I frequent auctions, estate sales, tag sales and New York City shops for items to sell. I scrounge through friends closets and basements (including my own over-crowded ones) to find items I think buyers would enjoy. My hubby and I have 8 children, 14 grandchildren (yikes) and 2 great great-children. I live on Long Island, New York and work full time as a medical records manager (25 years now) for a national non-profit agency, so this is a part time venture for me. I spend evenings and weekends on the computer learning and buying and selling.
