Seller response: Sent emails to customer about damage batch of bath bombs, refunded money right away for bath bombs, redid items with the scents that the buyer sent by email. Some of the bath bombs were damaged during shipment. Apologized to Customer that some of the bath bombs were damaged. First time this has happened.
