Pertaining to clothing only!

I do not pre-measure most things up front

This is because there are so many unusual questions asked from time to time

From width of collar to size of button holes

From upper sleeve width to length of sleeve

So it is much easier for me to just encourage all questions before deciding

All clothing items are laid flat for measurements

Items with buttons are "buttoned"

Stretchy fabric is "un-stretched"

Zippered items are zipped closed

Bust measurements are from side seam to side seam

Lengths are from collar seam or neckline (if no collar) to hem (front and/or back)

Shoulder width from sleeve seam to sleeve seam

ETC. ETC. ETC.

As sizes can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, questions are very much encouraged

Shrinkage can & will occur on 100% cotton & some cotton blends

Please keep this in mind, as well, especially on new unwashed items

Pre-owned items have been pre-washed, so any shrinkage that was going to occur, has most likely occurred already

Retrieving the item & inspection of the item that you actually received & are now returning

Returns must be the actual item you received from me & must be in the exact condition in which you received it or there will be no refund...

If you wash a clothing item & it shrinks & then becomes too small, returns will not be accepted!

All tags must be intact & no items are to be altered in any way!

There "IS" a restocking fee of 20% on "all" returned items
