I myself am a HUGE Yard Saler. And I also Love to have them, I love being able to get people things they need in Brand new to Excellent condition for an Excellent to Low Price. I have been having Sales since 2007. And I have also had Massiveyardsale.com running since then as well. Over the years I have been going back and forth between physical sales and posting my items on my site for sale.
My items are all in excellent used condition and Many times Brand new (in and out of packaging). All my items come from a Clean and smoke free home. All of my items are washed (everything, not just clothing). I make sure everything is in working condition before I sell I, otherwise it will be stated in the description.

Please feel free to check out my feedback on you know who's site under MassiveYardSale :-)
