I just purchased a Rider’s Rasp and replacement files from Tackmakr. Customer service is the best! I’m looking forward to a time in the not too distant future when I can work w/ her on some biothane tack! Awesome member of our Bonanzle family!

Tackmakr is what customer service is all about! She answered numerous ongoing questions in chat and bmails about the types of products, their materials and uses until I had finally made my decisions. Very patient, friendly and helpful throughout. My products arrived quickly and worked as described and were a good price! I have a small hard to fit horse and it is nice to know I have someone that will work with me to get the quality and speciality items I need. I’m very happy and will definitely be back for more items
