Two days later, I told them it was the wrong boots and I returned them with proof of delivery and the seller refuses to contact me and or issue my refund. Seller response: Customer sent back a pair of different boots, we have a no hassle return policy, we honor all returns, however customer returned a pair of boots completely different then the ones we sent, the old switcharoo, this happens all the time, A customer will buy something from our store and return a different item then bully us with negative feedback so we are forced to give them a return, well we stand up to this bully.
