1 star user feedback I placed an order on 12/13/13. I was notified 4 days later that a shipping label was created on 12/17/13. However, the actual shipment was not sent out until 12/30/13 after I filed a PayPal dispute. Seller response: your item was shipped on the 18th and the reason you never received is because the package had signature confirmation and I guess there was no one there to sign for it. I called usps to remove the signature confirmation that why the item was finally got drop off at your house
