Buyer Ordered and Received his Item Promptly. He Never Contacted Us (before or after the purchase). Our Thought: Item Must be OK. Right? So Why the Complaint Now? We are Very Confused by this. |
We Accept Returns for All Items that we sell that can be returned to us in re-sellable condition. This item, once opened, cannot be re-sold, and, as such, is Not Returnable. Our Return Policy was clearly specified in our listing, as was the Exact Dimensions of the Item being sold. This buyer Chose NOT to Read either our Return Policy or even the Description of the Item. He then blamed US for His Mistake of purchasing the wrong item for his needs. We, and PayPal, do not think that WE should have to pay for HIS mistake. Sounds fair and reasonable, right?
