Thank you for stopping by to visit us! Good Karma is an online resale store specializing in new, refurbished, gently used, vintage and handmade items where 10% of every sale goes to worthwhile (selected) causes of our customer's choosing!
To date, we've been able to give modest donations to The Kids In Need Foundation (provides school supplies to needy children), Fisher Center For Alzheimer's Research and Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin. We also support Dana Farber Cancer Center, Ronald McDonald House and Habitat For Humanity.
Oh yes.. how could I forget the "elephant" in the room or should I say in the picture? The big giant furball in my profile picture hints at the other passion in my life, aside from shopping! "Sailor" is a Newfoundland dog and I am blessed to share my life with several of his kind. :-)
At Good Karma, we have not forgotten our furry canine and feline friends. With the sale of every pet product, we donate 10% of the sale to selected animal charities. Again, our customers get to choose which of the selected charities will benefit from their purchase.
To date, we have donated to Newfoundland Rescue, but we also support the Newfoundland Club of America Health Challenge as well as the AKC Canine Health Foundation. Both support scientific research to advance the health of all dogs and their owners. We also support The Stray Animal Fund Endeavor (S.A.F.E.) which is the good work of the Wolf River Veterinary Clinic in New London, WI. The clinic maintains a fund that is based on private donations for the care of stray animals who need a home.
Our philosophy is to sell quality products at fair prices. Sniffing out good deals is my super power. ;-) I then pass on those savings to our customers. We strive to provide top notch customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, mailing purchases no later than 1 business day after payment and to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
