It's been years since I've done any shopping at a mall, since I'd much rather shop on line or via catalogs. My philosophy is to treat all my buyers as I like to be treated when I purchase something. I hate shipping fees, so I try very hard to ship items in the least expensive way possible. That being said, I almost always ship very fragile items via USPS Priority Mail--the least time spent "in transit" the better.
After I receive payment, I try to ship the item the same day or at least within a 24-hour period.
When getting purchases ready for shipping, I pack items very carefully and use peanuts, bubble wrap, and anything it takes so the package is delivered safely.
When I buy something, I like to know when it was actually shipped and when I can expect to receive it. So I usually send an email to buyers when I've taken something to the Post Office.
I strive to provide the same great service to buyers of 99-cent items as well as buyers of $99 items.
