What is Bonanzle?

"Quite simply, [Bonanzle is] the best I've seen in my four years of reviewing and writing about start-up marketplaces" --Vangie Beal, on behalf of Ecommerce Guide, July 2008.

At Bonanzle, we think that online shopping is stuck where online search was 10 years ago, in the age before Google. Many users today think that eBay and Craigslist are "good enough," and the "rules" for online shopping are set: items get posted through a series of selling pages, buyers browse static listings, buyers buy items and hope that sellers are trustable. We think there's still a lot of room for improvement over the precedent that eBay and Craigslist set 10 years ago (and that the eBay/Craigslist lookalikes have copied ever since). -Bill Harding, Founder P.S. The main reason that folk in general visit on-line auctions is to snap up a bargain and whilst ebay have had the monopoly for many years they are in the process of self destruct and once this has gained momentum it will be almost impossible to stop, they are doing such a good job of destroying what once was a brilliant site.

Whilst ebay did have faults it appealed to almost every user up until now, hopefully Bonzale will use the free priceless research that ebay have been carried out over the years and fill the void that they, ebay, have left.
What the public really want is what ebay used to be with some refinements, and free listings for sure are one way that will enable sellers to give massive choice to the buyers and along with the choice comes the bargains, a recipe for success, we do not mind ( I think I can speak for the majority of sellers on that one) reasonable FVF’s as that is the only way any site can continue to prosper and grow.
The listing methods of Bonzale are the best I have seen to date, they are just so straightforward, no need for fancy listings it is good content that folk are looking for.
I have been a member on ebay for over 5 years and will not be listing there again under the current raft of new idiotic policies…

Well done to all responsible at Bonzale for what has the makings og a great and successful on-line Auction site – Thank’s guys.

This is one exciting site to sell on! The marketing is unbelievable! Very easy to list, not way too many rules & regulations like other sites. It truly is like your own little business! Very personable site with excellent Support & the most friendliest folks!
