WHO can I contact for a question for help?? I have been waiting for a delivery since 1/12/2021. NO contact, looking for help. This doesn’t help for any future orders when one can’t find a phone number to call. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SITE. An order in the future depends on what customer service I get.

This is only a marketplace.
The individual sellers are responsible for what they sell.
You will need to contact the seller that you made your purchase from.
If they gave you a tracking number, just check on USPS site, and enter tracking number to see where your package is.
Personally, with the Covid and the slowness of USPS, you may need to wait a little longer. I had an item that took 2 months +.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
