Who is the manufacturer and what is the pattern of this glass/crystal vase

Hi. This beautiful vase is from my family’s estate, and I would love to know the manufacturer, the pattern, and the appeoximate age of the piece.

I’m assuming it’s a “Corset” vase and that it’s Cut and Etched Glass? I’ve done tons of research, and there are tons of corset vases out there, but none of them has the flower (daisy/cosmo) in the bottom. Almost without exception, the ones I’ve found have a starburst—the same starburst regardless of manufacturer.

If you could shed some light on this, I’d be truly grateful. Thanks!
