How can i find out more about qsl cards and how to sell them in a "lot".

I have two large shoe boxes full of QSL cards dating back to the 1930’s and would like to know more about them so I can sell all of them (in a lot) at once.

Depending on what you have you might want to consider selling them one by one. Some of them sell because of the unique art work on them and can net you some get $$$.I suggest researching your cards one by one Google them you’ll get tons of info on them.

Also know as Ham Radio cards/shortwave radio

Antiques and Esales are corect. Being a ham I can shed some light. If I am in Xenia Ohio and You are in Great Britan, and you and I talk on my Ham radio, you would send me a copy of your QSL card, signed with the date and other info about the conversation. I inturn would send you one of mine. When I get your cards it is the proof positive that we did indeed talk accross the ocean without wires.
It used to be a big sport among hams, but I doubt that there is much market for someones old collection of them in general.

HOWEVER— If by chance you would hafve any in that shoebox that are from some of the Famous Hams, like Senator Barry Goldwater K7UGA

, TV newsman Walter Conkite KB2GSD ( yes THAT walter), Radio and TV Actor Jean Shepard K2ORS, The former King of Jordon JY1, Governer George Pataki K2ZCZ, Chet Atkins W4CGP, Country Star Ronnbie Milsap WB4KCG, TV/Radio start Arthur Godfery K4LIB, THE Peggy Sue ( from buddie Hollys song) K5PSG, Rock and Roller Joe Walsh WB6ACU, You cabn her a contact with him at this site [URL removed] . Steve Wozniak WA6BND co founder of Apple, Samual Morse W6FZZ, ( grand sone of the man who made up the Morse code), Actor Marlon Brando KE6PZH, Film Director John Huston 6UK and many others. THOSE may bring soome value because of who they are.

You can search out more fanous hams including Priscella Presley, and

Howard Hughes at [URL removed]

QSL Cards are cards that HAM Radio “Amature Radio” Operators give out or mail out to people that they have had contact with over the short wave frequencies. Not sure if there is a value in selling them.
