Has anyone had there direct checkout change to ineligable in the last few weeks

It started with a problem with the batch editor error #563 I also could not update my booth. I had another error message saying my account wasn’t activated which made no sense seen as how I just made a sale 2 hrs earlier. So I contacted support there is nothing they can do. Apparently the direct checkout is handled by a third party.

@sglory777, sorry for the trouble. We have just corrected the direct checkout eligibility for you and it is currently showing as available. A #563 error is separate from DCO and needs to be addressed at support.

Thank you bonanzamark for the fix so promptly since I made a coomet earlier today. I had been dealing with support for almost 2 weeks now. They helped figure out the problem with the error #563. The person I was in touch with said there was nothing they could do about the direct checkout. Thanks agai

Thursday I attempted to update my booth. I couldn’t because it said my Booth Payment account was not eligible. Click on the Booth Payment account and it said "Your booth payment account is “ineligible”. No reason. Not a thing. Bonanza support responded on Monday essentially saying nothing. I don’t know how they think my Booth Payment account will ever be reinstated as Braintree has no way to contact me. I had opened the account in September, 2014. I dropped the Booth Payment option and it allowed me to update my booth. And yes I was cursed by Error# 563 three weeks ago. It is a problem that has gone from acute to chronic.
