How do i get a refund for an unused (erroneous) shipping label?

I had to print a second, correct label, so now I’ve paid twice for shipping. Since I don’t charge my customers for shipping, this takes a chunk out of my already slim profit. Thank you in advance.

You can ask support …but I believe you will have to file for a refund from USPS…

You should actually ask within 24 hours of printing the incorrect label! Even right after you print it and realize it is not right. It takes about 7 days to get a refund! Just to make sure you didn’t use it!
