I’m new to Bonanza, I’ve been using eBay off and on for years but have decided to switch for several reasons but still want items to show on eBay. I have the accounts synced but I only got the unsold items listed on eBay and none of my active listings. When I listed new items on Bonanza, eBay refused to list them. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I tried importing on 12/31 and again on 1/3 thinking maybe I just needed to give it more time.
I hope someone can help and thanks

Now, keep in mind that you have to initiate the publication of any Bonanza items that you want to sell on eBay. And, they charge you a small (1.5%) if the item sells on eBay.
Also, the synchronization is simply meant to keep the inventory “in sync” with each other. Here’s how “sync” works.
1. Sell a previously imported eBay item on Bonanza, the item count is adjusted or removed from eBay.
2. If an item listing was created on Bonanza, but not published to eBay, it is not affected.
3. Sell an item on eBay that was published from Bonanza, the item count is adjusted or removed on Bonanza.
4. You have to “set” the synchronization of your booth on the Bonanza Import from eBay page. I believe it is under the “Show more import options” setting on that page.
BTW, any eBay auction items imported to Bonanza come over at the CURRENT auction price because Bonanza has no idea what the final price will be. Any fixed priced items (and possibly auction items with Buy It Now prices) get imported at your asking price. You have the OPTION to discount those prices when doing an eBay import. So, watch your auction items carefully and adjust any prices before you set them to FOR SALE on Bonanza. There is a setting in that “Show more import options” section to delay posting the items for sale until you can change the prices if necessary.
If you don’t have a lot of sales on one platform or the other, I personally prefer to manually adjust the items on the two platforms.
