Inactive seller

It is my first time using this website. I just ordered a shirt and then realized that the seller has been inactive for a month. Should I abandon all hope of getting that shirt and try to get a refund?

The seller will still receive notification to their personal email of the sale. Plus, they will receive an email from which ever payment provider that you used. Take a look and see if the seller has any info posted on their shipping time out to their customers. If they have the info posted, you’ll

Once the seller ships out, you would receive notification containing your tracking number, which can also be viewed via the item you purchased. If you do not receive the tracking number contact the seller for it. If you do not receive a response back within 48 hours, this is the time I would give it

then contact Bonanza support. They will also reach out to the seller. If all else fails, request a refund via the payment provider you used. Good luck and welcome to Bonanza.

If by some chance the seller does not have his/her ship out time stated, give it 48 hours and then contact the seller and then another 48 hours if you do not hear anything and contact Bonanza so that they can reach out to the seller.

I would go ahead and send the seller a message. If you get no response from the seller or any indication that the seller is going or has shipped said item (remember Monday is a postal holiday)…

You can send messages either through here or through the payment processor (ie paypal, amazon pay or stripe)..I would do both

They will attempt to contact the seller or advise you to contact payment processor for refund…
