You can go to upper left of page “Selling” then “billing statements” It will show you your current bill there and give you the option to pay I believe.

Selling Dashboard
Billing
Current Statement
The ability to pay your bill (current statement) will be activated on the First of every month.
You have until the 4th to pay with PayPal. If you do not manually initiate the payment or set up your account to auto pay with PayPal, then on the 5th of the month your CC on file will be charged.
If your fees are less than $3.00, it will be held over until the next billing cycle.

there are several days at the beginning of the month that one can pay with paypal before the auto billing kicks in – I use a debit card to pay but sometimes opt to pay with paypal

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
