You can go to upper left of page “Selling” then “billing statements” It will show you your current bill there and give you the option to pay I believe.

Selling Dashboard
Billing
Current Statement

The ability to pay your bill (current statement) will be activated on the First of every month.

You have until the 4th to pay with PayPal. If you do not manually initiate the payment or set up your account to auto pay with PayPal, then on the 5th of the month your CC on file will be charged.

If your fees are less than $3.00, it will be held over until the next billing cycle.

there are several days at the beginning of the month that one can pay with paypal before the auto billing kicks in – I use a debit card to pay but sometimes opt to pay with paypal

I was told billing would be the 1st of the month then you had to the 4th to pay manually by pay pal. I just sold an item yesterday on June 16th and today it was already charged to my credit card on the 17th before I had chance to use the paypal option and points. Can anyone explain?
