Social media share buttons on webstore pages

I know I can put Social Media buttons on my webstore that is located at the bottom of the page. And that is great. But I am really needing a share option for each listing I have, similar to what is in my booth.

Sellers need to spread the word per item vs. an entire site. Especially since a lot of the traffic to it will be self initiated.

Any ideas on if we can expect this option?

Just sent my question to support about this. Glad to see its not just me! ;-)

Just got a reply from Reilly in support and again it seems there is confusion between Share buttons and Follow buttons. Relied to them that we need Share buttons. Hopefully, the next reply will address Share buttons.

Thank you ccmom but I am talking on my new webstore through Bonanza, not in my booth itself.

okay..I see that now…haven’t opened a store, so not sure how it is set up yet…

might be better to ask in the blog, not sure anyone from support is monitoring this for the web stores

The blog is now closed. I am having the same issue. The product pages are where the links need to be for sharing. When I asked on the blog they answered that it was possible, but they meant the Social Media buttons you are talking about.

We will need to ask this of support now. Since the pages are so similar, I hope they can make it work quickly. I signed up for the 14 day trial, because I am trying to move my bigcommerce store here, but there is no way I will do it without this functionality.

Go here to tell them you want share buttons. This is a new forum for stores. [URL removed]

I agree not having this functionality will make me pause in keeping my web store open. I will look elsewhere for a place that has the option.
