There was an error. failed with error #563

I have sent an email request to support asking what to do to fix it, but no reply until now, it’s over 48 hours that I have sent the request, anyone had the same experience?

I’m going to day 5 without reply from support, all I need is to restore my booth, if needs to pay any fee to restore it just let me know, as getting no reply from support after all this time is just unacceptable.

Please go over all information that you have added in setting up your booth..

This is an official Bonanza response.
Sorry for the trouble error #563’ers :) This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth.
