What is "general spam policy" on the google product feed page?

I have 2 items that were disapproved by Google for General spam policy. What is that and how can I fix it?

Stoneponies – we would need to see what items to tell you what in the listing would be considered Spam – if you use a lot of “keywords” in the listing – that would trigger the disproval. Without the listing to review – we can’t help you.

I guess I am somewhat confused. I thought the more keywords you have the better but that must not be the case. I also have 2 that are considered “spam” and I have given up trying to resolve the problem.

Worst of all you can’t even call Bonanza for support unless you buy an advertising package from them monthly. How messed up is that? You can’t even call the company your selling through for phone support about their rules. That’s unreal!
