I set up my booth back in 2009 but have been away and not paid much attention to my booth. Trying to get back actively now, I see many items have apparently been imported 3 and 4 times; now I have over 700 items in my booth thanks to imports; my ebay store has about 250 so i’m trying to somewhere close to that number. I thought ebay imports only happened when you asked them to, but that can’t be since I have all these duplicates. Ive been trying to delete duplicate listings for a good many days and it’s taking forever. For future reference, are ebay imports automatic or do you have to tell Bonanza when to do them?

Thanks for writing and sorry to hear about the trouble. We recommend having a look at your “My Store > Import from eBay” page. If your import options are set to “Keep my Bonanza listings synchronized to my eBay store,” then the sync will take place automatically. This happens once every 1-3 days for basic members, or once approximately every 24 hours for premium members (Silver Pro and higher).
If you do not wish for your booth to stay in sync with your eBay store, you can turn off the sync option by clicking the link to “Cancel or revise automatic inventory synchronizing.” When the green “Import items” button is showing, that means your sync is off.
If you only wish for your booth to sync when you manually initiate the option, then uncheck the box to keep your booth in sync with your eBay store, and then import your items. You can manually initiate an import at any time.

way back when…it was a one time thing and you had to request an import..
now they have all kinds of other options (hopefully someone who does this regularly will tell you how to do it as a one time thing…) with syncing the booth with ebay, checking to only import new, sending items back to ebay from bonz…
It actually maybe better if you did a complete delete, and then do another import…examining all the options in the set-up…
If you haven’t bothered with in so long..there have been so many changes…you will have to get familiar again
