Hi I have edited an item so that it has changed from reserved to in sale, yet it is still not active in my store… how long will this process take?

@computer_parts, booths/items are approved within 24 hours (usually much sooner). However if you have open issues on your account (Feedback or another admin request) then you will need to contact support directly so they can assist you [URL removed]

Changing it from Reserved to Active, under normal circumstances, should take place almost immediately, if it is only one or a few items. Be sure that after you changed the status that you saved that change on the edit page. This is often missed by folks.

immediately unless you are bringing up a very large booth that has been on vacation, then it may take a couple of minutes…
so if the reserved item is not showing, then go in and hit update booth, or check to see if there is not something missing (the yellow do next to the listing on the Add or Edit items page shows that there is something missing, pale green means ready but you did not hit update booth, and the dark green means it is live and visible)

hi i tried it and got the following message “The Bonanza elves will activate your account within 24 hours. In the meantime, feel free to keep adding items and getting your booth ready to launch once it’s been approved.”
after they have done this will i be able to sell

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
