Why when tracking the item i purchased does it not reflect the priority shipping date which i paid for?

I paid for priority shipping as offered with a delivery date of 1-2 business days. In my purchases it says arrival date is correct but when checking with usps via tracking number it showed a delivery da of several days there after. Which one is inaccurate and if I’m not getting what I paid for how can I be reimbursed? thank you

I noticed the other day with a sale I had and when checking on the tracking number that the USPS was also showing a longer delivery date. I’m not sure why the USPS reported a longer delivery date but the item did arrive in time as I expected to the shopper and earlier than what USPS showed.

1-2 business days does not include weekends (though packages do travel over weekends it is not included in estimated delivery times from USPS)…

From the feedback you received, and if this is the item you are referring too..

You made your purchase on the 14th which was Friday…1-2 business days (though priority is actually 1-3 business days) would make delivery around Tues/Wed of the following week…

It is now Tues…

Also note delivery locations and shipping locations…mail may be delayed due to snow and tornadoes in some areas this past weekend…

Contact the seller directly for further information or your post office

See ccmom's booth

I talked to my own post office about this and they said “There is NO guarantee on priority shipments, only next day delivery shipments are guaranteed” So it is not actually a guarantee date, it is an approximate date.

That’s correct and they also have this information on the USPS website.

You need to contact the seller directly. Each seller is an independent business person and Bonanza gives them a platform upon which to sell. Go to the booth you purchased the item from and message them. If you are unable to resolve the issue, you can go to the bottom of any page and click “Contact” and ask Bonanza Admin.

Priority mail can take more than 1-2 business days depending on where the item was shipped from and the location it is being delivered to. As long as your item was shipped via Priority mail, which will show on your item label when you receive it, then you did receive priority shipping.

Usually when it says shipped by, that refers to when the item will ship out. Priority mail has a 1-3 day delivery guarantee from when they receive it.(not counting weekends and holidays} As Love-birds said, You should contact the buyer.
