Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging, and not used in any manner. No tears, rips, or stains on the packaging.
As of 9/6/2021, due to supply chain problems, increased shipping costs, and other rises in prices, we must now institute a 10% restocking fee. This applies to all of our products. We wish this was not needed, but it is now a needed remedy.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping on items returned that are not damaged, broken, or missing parts.

All Bonsai Trees must be returned within 1 week of purchase delivery.

Photos of Bonsai Trees: Trees with a sku number beginning with the letter “K” are “One of a Kind” and the buyer will receive the tree in the photo. However, trees that do not have a “K” in the beginning of the sku number will possibly have a stock photo for display purposes. But the buyer will receive a tree that is significantly the same as the photo.

All returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
