1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Certain items (personal care items, customized products, clearance items, or digital goods) may be non?returnable. If so, this will be clearly noted on the listing.

2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us directly through Bonanza Messages with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

3. Return Shipping

Buyers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
For items not as described, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations
